Description
Headed out to the Samara near Aleksandrovka to chase some predators. Was spinning, focusing on light tackle fishing. Surprisingly, classic jigs weren't producing today, so I switched things up to crankbaits. The small cranks worked best (Jackall Chubby in natural colors was a killer) on steady retrieves with light pauses along the lily pads and reeds. Ended up landing some solid perch.
