Katerynivskyi quarry (d.k. Metalurg)

Coming to the water early in the morning, I was initially disappointed that most of the pond was overgrown with algae. Despite this, I kept working the water with different types of baits. After switching to a Jaxon spinner, I managed to catch a pike right under the bridge. The fight was quite long: the pike kept backing off toward the shore into the reeds and under the bridge. But after a long battle, I managed to haul it onto the bank. As a result — a pike weighing 1.83 kg, my first trophy of 2026)
