Vilkhivske Reservoir

I was fishing on a shallow, so I wasn't counting on trophies. Just wanted to test out a new feeder. At dawn I pulled a couple of crucians out of the reeds. Put the first feeder right on the reeds, thought I'd lose the tackle for sure. But managed to set the hook and haul it through the weeds. After sunrise the roach and rudd started hitting. Threw a few in the keep net, let others go right away. All told I got about 15 rudd and 15 roach each. Also had one little striped bastard about palm-sized. Only the biggest specimens went on the count.
