Dniepr River

Feeder fishing on the Dnieper. Arrived at the spot a bit late, almost at 8. Like last time, the first fish was a pair of gobies and ruffe. Roach up to 12 was biting at a good pace, then from about 12 to 16 the bites were like every 10-15 minutes, and from around 16:20 it started going like machine gun fire. The rig barely hits the bottom, takes max 30 seconds and there's already a fish. Had a lot of hook-offs because of the grass. There was one really interesting bite - some predator smashed into the roach that was feeding on maggots. Half the meat was missing from one side of the roach and scales from the other. Most bites were on maggots. Had lots of doubles but mostly small stuff, probably released about 3 undersized from a dozen. Overall the fishing was mega fun.
