Giveaways in Viskaart are gifts from the app team and its partners as a thank-you to the community for its support. They are a promotional activity of the organizer, not a lottery, gambling or any other game of chance for money.
The organizer is the developer of the Viskaart app (the “Organizer”). Apple, Google and other app stores are not sponsors of the giveaways, are not involved in them in any manner and bear no responsibility for them.
Participation is free of charge. Paying for a subscription, donating or otherwise supporting the project is not a fee for participation and does not guarantee participation or a win. A subscription gives access to app features; giveaways are a separate bonus at the Organizer’s discretion.
The eligible audience of each giveaway (for example, active supporters, users from a certain region or language) is defined by the Organizer and shown on the giveaway page under “Who participates?”. Participants must be of legal age and have a completed profile.
The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, refuse or exclude a participant, in particular for violating community rules, suspected fraud or use of multiple accounts.
The date of each giveaway is shown on its page. Winners are selected at random among participants who meet the conditions at the time of the draw. The Organizer may postpone the date or hold the draw later, announcing this on the giveaway page.
Results are published on the giveaway page. Winners may also be notified in the app or by the email address in their profile.
The list of prizes is shown on the giveaway page. Prizes are provided as is and may be replaced with equivalent ones at the discretion of the Organizer or a partner. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other persons.
Partner prizes are provided by the partners. The Organizer is not responsible for the quality, completeness, warranty service or delivery times of such prizes.
The method and timing of prize delivery are agreed with the winner individually. If a winner does not respond within 14 days or does not provide the details needed to deliver the prize, the prize may be given to another participant or retained by the Organizer.
Taxes and duties related to receiving a prize are paid in accordance with the laws of the winner’s country. Where required by law, the Organizer may withhold applicable taxes or request from the winner the details needed to pay them.
By participating, a participant agrees that their name, nickname and avatar in the app may be shown on the giveaway page as a winner. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Viskaart Privacy Policy.
The Organizer may change these terms, the terms of any specific giveaway or the list of prizes, and may suspend or cancel any giveaway at any time. Changes are published in the same way as the original terms — on this page or on the page of the respective giveaway.
Giveaways are a voluntary initiative of the Organizer and create no obligations for it other than those described here. The Organizer is not liable for technical failures, errors in user profiles, actions of third parties or circumstances beyond its control.
Matters not covered by these terms are resolved by the Organizer in accordance with applicable law.
