Phew, the last few fishing trips have been pretty much a total bust: either the fish are on vacation, or they're hiding in the underwater bushes, or when they see such an awesome angler as me, they're like "nah mate" and bolt for it. 😂😂😂 But seriously though, I've barely got any time these days because of work, but I'm still trying to squeeze in at least a few hours for my favorite thing. So the last outings have been kind of meh… Last time I walked 10 km and nothing even looked at my lures, even though I threw everything at them - from soft plastics to metal - and zilch… Today was a bit better though. A little guy hit my tail-spinner. Well, "hit" is generous… He just sat on the hook, that's it: no strike, no nothing, just sat there on it. But things are still not looking too great… But I'm not discouraged: somewhere out there my fishing day is waiting for me.
