Southern Bug

Had a great fishing session with a friend near Medzhybizh👍. Managed to catch some wild carp on the Bug. We fished with carp rods and set lines - the latter aren't really sport fishing, but 🤷‍♂️. We used chickpeas and peas as bait and for groundbaiting. Most of the bites were between 18:00 and 23:00, before and after that it was much slower. In total we caught 13 carp ranging from 0.7 to 3.5 kg. Also had a few losses. We kept the fish in a spacious keep net and after some photos most were released. We decided to take a couple home to test their culinary qualities 😂. Very happy with the fishing 👍👍👍 Tight lines!!!
