Decided to go for a spin today and here's what we got. We were fishing with soulful "light universals" up to 15 and up to 10 grams Crazy Fish Perfect Jig CFPJ-76-L-T, and Crazy Fish Perfect Jig CFPJ-72-L-T The baits that worked were Fishup Tanta 1.5" worm #036 Caramel/Green & Black, specifically on a disassembled tungsten cheburashka 1.5 gr. My friend was fishing with the same bait, but lead, the jig rig got way fewer bites! I was really after perch with the ear rig! Bites were happening right at the reed line - the weeds! Some just sat, some with bites! We brought lights with us, thought the perch had started spawning, and small pike that don't participate in spawning would respond. But there wasn't any at all. Perch will stop biting day by day too because, their roe is already bursting. The water body we were fishing on is our city lake. You could say our home testing ground) All fish were released, because fish isn't food! Fish is a friend! Release fish, take care of nature😉
