Mixed feelings after yesterday's boat fishing - caught 4 kg of crucian carp between two of us on float rod, and on spinner around 3:40 with strip baits and a bunch of maggots I caught some smaller fish, but when a big tench grabbed the bait, things went south real quick. While I was playing it and trying to net it, it made a sharp jerk that tangled the line on the rod tip and snapped it. But despite that mess-up, the fishing was absolutely fantastic.
