If we had the chance, we figured we should go fishing, and boy were we right. We cast out around 5 PM, bites started around 6:30. Getting a bite every half hour or so. First some smaller bream, then some really nice carp, and then my first catfish showed up – can't even describe the rush, small guy but incredibly strong. After that it was mostly bream of different sizes. While I was working the feeder rod, my old man was throwing a spinner and managed to land a small pike-perch and a few perch. Turned out to be some really diverse and exciting fishing. Had to call it a day early though because of the weather.
