Stopped by a pond near Ternopil with a buddy. Right from the start we had a few hits from pike and managed to land a toothy one on a blue 3' jig. Then the fish seemed to shut off) My buddy switched to jigging and caught over 50 fish. I gave that method a shot too and landed a couple of perch. Overall, there's a ton of anglers fishing for peaceful species at this water, so there's not much for a spinner guy to do on a weekend. Tight lines everyone!
