I got myself a boat, and my wife and I decided to break it in. And what kind of angler doesn't bring spinners along. We spent the whole day out there, caught a few small pike during that time, around 600 grams each. Nothing special. It was already getting dark, we were already planning to head home. And then my wife gets a snag... She jerked a few times, and nothing, it just sits there dead. Like that for about 30 seconds. And then it takes off. The bluebird down to 7 grams got twisted into a pretzel. My wife tells me, grab it and pull, because I can't handle it. Had to help out. But it wasn't easy. The pike gave a few jumps, I thought the bluebird wouldn't hold up. 10 minutes of fighting, and I finally managed to land it. It weighed 2,700. Trophy goes to the wife )))
