Hey everyone, today I made a solid trip out to Sovskie ponds to chase some panfish. For the sake of experiment, I threw out a flat feeder, a spring feeder, and a float. The flat feeder was silent, but the spring feeder got hungry perch responding to it - these fish bite on pretty much any bait. There's definitely a lot of perch in this pond, but the carp and crucian carp weren't cooperating, although I did see a carp jumping around. All in all, it's a promising spot for panfishing, but you need to find the right approach for each species. The perch will even take a bare hook. Caught around twenty perch the size you see in the photo, released everything back of course. Good luck to everyone!
