Hey, how's winter fishing treating you? Today I got a chance to fish on a warm canal with Mr. Orestes, it was absolutely incredible. At 5 in the morning we already left the city of Lviv and headed to Burshtyn to catch pike-perch and some solid perch, and that's it... Wait, wait, it's not that simple, it wouldn't be my report if it was that straightforward. So for the first 2 hours it was clear we weren't getting anywhere, starting with a 4-inch shad, I went down to 1.8 but no results. Then I decided to run an experiment and grabbed a drop-shot rig, 25 gram weight and ViskaartBait javastik 1.6, and boom - magic. Whitefish on soft plastic, two colors just blew our expectations for catching whitefish that day. Do you think the bait test is complete? Also something important, now I've got stickers on my box, and I think they helped me catch my first bream. P.S I want to thank Mr. Orestes for some solid fishing (I know you'll be reading this).
