Flooded Quarry "Podorozhne"

Came out with friends for a couple days to a flooded quarry, the road to the lake is in pretty rough shape, hard to get in when it's raining so keep that in mind, we were planning to fish for perch and pike. First day in the morning it was raining, we regretted heading out to the water, fish count: zero, only saw little perch swimming around. Started fishing with micro-jigs and managed to catch a couple small perch. After exploring the water a bit we spotted at least 50 pike traps - circles. Realized we weren't gonna have any good fishing :( People from the village just stuff the water with pike traps and catch everything indiscriminately :( We did manage to find a bay where we could fish for rudd on micro-jigs. Had enough for some fish soup, released the rest.
